The Print for Project Web Access add-on for Microsoft® Project Web Access is consisted of one window with three tabs. Every tab contains different functions related with the Print functionality.

Once the Print for Project Web Access function is activated, the functions in this table allow making the necessary settings for the print output.

The functions in the “Printer and Copies” tub are the starting point for customization of the print outcome.

The “Printers” section shows the printers that are connected to the PC and allows selecting the printer and setting the embedded properties trough the Properties button.

The “Copies” section allows selecting the number of copies of the project plan for printing.

The available functions found in the “Print Range and Scaling" tab are very useful for adapting the print outcome to best fit to the user’s visual.

The “Print range” section allows setting page range for printing as well as the page columns and the rows for printing.

The “Timescale” section allows setting time period for printing.

In the “Scaling” section the user can compress the print out of the project plan or to print the project plan as it is.

The main characteristics of the “Diagram elements” section are that this table allows adjusting the columns printing and drawing settings.

In the “Columns” section the user can set which task column will be printed and set the order of columns for printing.

The “Drawing settings” section provides the ability to arrange the output of the project plan by adding project legend, task notes, summary tasks, draw resources names after task etc.

Print for Project Web Access offers rich and fully functional Gantt chart print with robust capabilities.

It is application that allows you to print project plans with the same look like Microsoft® Project.

Users can print entire project plan or select specific project information to customize and print their own visual and can feel the full benefits of Ms Office Project Web Access.
