The Print for PWA (Project Web Access) add-on prints Gantt charts directly from
inside the Microsoft® Office Project Web Access application.
Print for Project Web Access (PPWA) is designed for Microsoft® Office PWA users
who need decent printing of their Gantt charts.
Users can now feel the full benefits of Microsoft® Office Project Web Access.
Unlike the current printing capabilities, Print for Project Web Access allows beautiful
Gantt print with robust capabilities in the project center.
Print for Project Web Access is an add-on for Microsoft® Project
Web Access, that allows everyone that use Microsoft® Project Web Access to print
project plans with the same visual style as Microsoft® Project.
Print for Project Web Access is an add-on for Microsoft® Project
Server 2003 and Microsoft® Project Server 2007. It is an application that allows
you to print project plans with the same look like Microsoft® Project. You can print
entire project plan or select specific project information to customize and print
your own visual.
Print for Project Web Access is a client-server application. The
server side resides inside Microsoft® SharePoint Services and Web Parts. The client
side resides inside Internet Explorer as a button.
We support the default Gantt View of Microsoft® Office Project Web Access with the
most common Gantt elements like:
- Tasks,
- Outline Level,
- Task
Progress,
- Split Tasks,
- Progress Lines,

- Deadlines.
How to use
Connect to the Project Server and open one project plan stored in the Project Server
database using Microsoft® Project Web Access. When the project plan is uploaded
in the Internet browser you can activate the Print for Project Web Access function,
make the necessary settings for the print output and print the project plan.
The PWA Print Module is simple as 1-2-3 to use:
Step 1) Open up a project plan using Microsoft® Office Project
Web Access (PWA) and bring up the Gantt chart view you wish to print;
Step 2) Click on the Icon for Print for PWA add-on on the screen.
Specify the printer, page range for printing, number of copies and additionally
customize the outcome;
Step 3) Click on the ‘Print’ button for a print preview and once
satisfied, click on ‘Print’.
