All issues or requests that are communicated to the support department by email or phone are automatically entered in the support system and are assigned a ticket number and a priority level. Once the request or issue has been received by the support department you will receive a confirmation that the issue or request has been received by our side and will be given a ticket number that will allow you to use as a reference when requesting information on a reported issue.

The support department is dedicated to maintaining continuous contact with the customer assuring that the customer is aware of the issue's status.
